We offer easy hassle-free returns within 30 days of receipt.

2. Fill it out and include it together when mailing back the return.
No return authorization or RMA is required.
Products must be in brand new condition with original tags.
No refunds are issued for products that are used, washed, damaged or missing tags.
In order to make an exchange:
Step 1. Place a new order online and it will be shipped separately.
Step 2. Choose the products to send back and follow the return instructions.
We offer several methods for receiving your refund:
- Full store credit for the total amount of products returned, valid for 6 months.
- Full refund to the original payment method of products returned, with an new exchange order completed online.
- Refund to the original payment method, minus twenty percent restocking fee.
We only accept returns with a completed Return Form mailed pre-paid to the address printed on each Return Form.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you received free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to issuing your refund.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
